These kittens were homeless and living in the wild. I was able to catch one by playing with her for over an hour (with a string). She would bravely come out to watch me from afar as I would feed her mother and Auntie (feral sister cats that I have been caring for). She would watch me from the bushes.
I caught her brother in a trap with food. He was easy to tame. It was just a little while that he realized that I was not going to hurt him. He loved being petted.
They both loved being cuddled and petted. They are very sweet kittens who are very attached to each other since they were living in the “wild” bushes. There were many scary things from foxes, coyotes, hawks, dogs and other non-friendly cats. Please click on the link below to read more about them and decide if you will be their new mommy or daddy?

PLEASE EXCUSE THE CAPS BUT DUE TO HAND SURGERY, IT IS THE EASIEST. THIS IS A NEW PROGRAM WHICH MAY HELP MANY HOMEOWNERS IN REFINANCING AT THE LOWER RATE BUT DUE TO THE APPRAISALS VALUE WITH USING FORECLOSURES AS COMPARABLES; THIS MAY HELP YOU OR A FRIEND THAT YOU MAY KNOW. SO JUST IN CASE YOU KNOW OF FRIENDS WHO NEED THIS PROGRAM DUE TO APPRAISAL VALUES ON THEIR HOME.
Fannie and and Freddie released their bulletins outlining the specific changes to the HARP, or Home Affordable Refinance Program.
If you are just picking this up now: HARP (now HARP II) is designed to help borrowers who may be underwater, or have little or no equity in their homes by making a refinance easer and more affordable. THE IMPORTANT FACTOR WITH TODAYS VALUES DUE TO FORECLOSURES AND SHORTSALES IS THE QUESTION ON THE APPRAISAL REQUIREMENTS. The changes will allow refinancing of loans that are more than 125 – 150%% of the homes value, ease or eliminate the appraisal requirements, and a number other factors that will make it easier and cheaper for homeowners to take advantage of today’s ultra-low rates.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT ON WHO SUPPORTS THE LOCAL CHARITIES? The local businesses who give back to our local community! (yes, Doctors are businesses too!)
Dr. Kevin Welch supports many local causes / charities – so when you think that you are going to get a skin treatment; please do not give business to out of town Doctors who do not support our local community. Please think about giving your bus…iness to local businesses and Doctors who in turn support our community. Here is a list of who Dr. Kevin Welch has supported:Welch Skin Care

James Deverman Lawn Care has been deceptive not only to my family and I, but to about 4 other separate families that I know of. Be sure to check with BBB.
Jimmy Deverman was very charming and told us that he could do the scope of work required. The work was to fix 2 zones and draw a schematic of our lawn system. Jimmy Deverman did not the work he quoted us.
None of the three things that we asked and received a quote on were done. Jimmy told us that he needed just one part that would be here in two days and if the money could be paid. The amount he said was inaccurate and when a refund / reimbursement was needed to be returned to us; Jimmy just kept going….elsewhere. James Deverman never did the work required and quoted. Jimmy told my husband that he was not qualified to work on our sprinkler system and that he was trying to get someone to do the work. Another words, Jimmy was subcontracting it to another company or that was his intent. The problem was that it never happened.
But Jimmy cashed our check which he refused to refund for work that was not performed. Jimmy was also overpaid by accident and again, Jimmy refused to reimburse the overpayment.
Jimmy Deveruex said that he would “give us” some sod from a job he was working on. We are honest people and do not want him to “charge” someone else for sod which he would give us as his repayment.
There are alot of good honest Lawn Care Services in Pensacola, Florida. Just stay away from James Deverman.

There is a rare find in Historic Downtown Pensacola – a large undeveloped lot in an elevated area located in a Prime Location on 600 E Government St. It is for sale $300,000. The lot’s dimensions are 68 FF by 127.5 depth. The building and lot on the NE corner of Government & Cevellos is also available for $585,000.
click on photo above for brochure on the property. Note that you can also buy the corner building and lot.
DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENTS UNDERWAY
Be sure to check with The City of Pensacola’s development department for any changes.
A MARITIME WATERFRONT PARK is on the way. Downtown is also underway with the 27+ acre waterfront Park consisting of a Retail Shops, Offices, and an outdoor amphitheater park for multi functions.
A HIGH TECH PARK is also under development downtown on government land south of the Pensacola Civic Center and adjacent to IHMC’s (Institute of Human Machine Cognition Center) Park to serve as a location for larger and more established technology businesses.
ADMIRAL MASON POND will enhance the Veteran’s Memorial and will be a focal point upon entering the downtown district. It will also function as a “hidden” water retention pond for any water run off for the new developments downtown. Although it will function as a storm retention pond, the location at the corner of 9th avenue and Romano will be an attraction with its design to incorporate a great exercise loop with its long perimenter to appeal to walkers, strollers, and runners with the beautiful vista of spraying fountains.
The collaborative efforts between the City, County, Chamber and Federal Government will improve the gateway to our downtown’s core.
